Those promises have sustained & guided me through the loss of a parent, the struggle with anxiety & depression, the loss of a valued relationship and so much more! I've found joy amid the pain. I got all sorts of things done & I made a great meal with a bunch of our garden veggies

(she became a widow about 12 years ago & has lived alone ever since; I was struck by how that must feel to have a loved one kiss your cheek before bed when you aren't used to that anymore)
