Do you ever feel STUCK? In 2000, I began looking for answers to some tough questions in my life. I'd searched high & low and finally conceded to search the promises found in the Bible. Those promises have sustained & guided me through the loss of a parent, the struggle with anxiety & depression, the loss of a valued relationship and so much more! I've found joy amid the pain. And, I want to share it with you!

2015APR 2 of 3 ONE THOUSAND GIFTS

Three Gifts A Day: APRIL 2015

I took the 1,000 Gifts Dare for the year of 2012... continued in 2013... and 2014! Now, I'm headed into 2015 :) GOD IS FULL OF BLESSINGS...
 
Sat 4/11/15
3469. sleeping in until 10am! after a night of not much sleep
3470. lots of hard outdoor work & a big fire
3471. sore muscles - thankful that I am able-bodied to work hard!

Sun 4/12/15
3472. on my own w/the Little for the morning - tiring... but, a huge blessing to have one-on-one time
3473. picnics after church by the church pond and "Oh, look! The abcd's up there!"
3474. "I growing something"

Mon 4/13/15
3475. my failed attempt at a fence repair - it was okay on Sunday... it was NOT okay on Monday :/ Oh well, a project for the upcoming weekend

3476. wedding registry for the kids at Target (pronounced Tar-je')
3477. a different sunset venue

3478. early walkabout & crayfish burrows (I think???)
3479. gifted daffodils

TAX DAY!!!

3486. good friends that are made in those tough times that you may have wished away at the time

3487. FOG -- so there could be a 2-hr delay for Drive Your Tractor to School Day; so that I could get some killer photos of my neighborhood :)

3489. splitting Perkinsville Pork with the LOML :)

Sat 4/18/15
3490. a GREAT reason for why the house looks like it does almost every morning
3491. hot air balloon over the distant fields (and me with no cell phone!)
3492. working outside & in the pole barn with the LOML

3493. hard work on a rainy day

3496. pouring down rain making everything so GREEN!
3497. a repaired fence!!! well, it's a temp fix but...
3498. killer cold walkabout - but, thankful to be outside!

    Awesome!! Thanks for sharing!! Mine are getting a bit lengthy; I've posted part 1 and 2 and trying to decide how far to go with part 3!!!

      I read both of them :) It's SO HARD to summarize the blessings in a concise way. Keep counting them though!!! It's a great way to celebrate the moments!!!
